Take Off Sign

When new homes take flight, they will need a good place to land.

We created a branded signage system that would attract new home buyers passing by the neighborhood while building on the existing LPR brand in a unique and relevant way. The Trillium butterfly logo became the launching point visually to express the special aspects of the upscale homes in the neighborhood.

Homes for Life

How do you use 100 yards of white picket fence to cure cancer?

You paint it hot pink. When LPR Homes was looking for a creative way to advertise their new neighborhood, we came up with a way to help their favorite charity and let the community know about LPR’s new homes. The existing 100 yards of white fencing would be framed with the artwork of children with cancer and connected with the hot pink railing of the fence. Donations could be made through LPR Homes.

The Way Home

Tired and you want to go home? Let us show you the way.

LPR Homes was looking for a complete wayfinding and signage system to compliment their new Wilshire neighborhood. We developed an elegant yet bold solution in simple black and white for everything from street signs to announcements to banners. And in the process created a fine way to find a new home.

We Re-Sign

We put new life back in the Olde Village.

The signage for one of LPR Homes neighborhoods lacked the life and energy required to attract new home buyers. They asked us to help redesign the neighborhood advertising and wayfinding signage system to bring it in line with the new LPR brand. We developed simple, clear wayfinding signage that allowed LPR to extend their brand into the new neighborhood.

Secret’s Out

If you want to get the word out, try keeping it a secret.

GreyStone Directional Prototype

When LPR Homes needed to announce their newest home development in a tight knit community, we decided to make it a secret. And you know how hard it is to keep a secret in a small town. We chose unconventional silhouettes of people participating in outdoor activities to highlight the proximity of the neighborhood to nearby city parks.
