Recruiting was at a low point. I helped AFROTC take off.
In a former life while working in Air Force ROTC recruiting, Frank McClung designed a magazine cover comp, an identity system and brochures. He managed the AFROTC strategic brand identity and guided the government-contractor team through the implementation of a million dollar recruiting website, recruiter extranet and subsequent media campaigns. Frank is the current creative director and principal at Drawing on the Promises (dotp).
