Home. It’s more than just the first page.

We crafted LPRHomes.com as a friendly, clean website built on Rails, AJAX, CSS/XHTML technology. From start to finish, we made it easy and fun for potential home buyers to find the exactly the right information without all the fluff.
NOTE: LPR Homes closed it’s doors in 2007 due to the economic crisis.

We know what to hold and when to fold.
Creating folders to hold important client collateral doesn’t top the list of high profile design projects for most design firms. But, it’s both necessary and important. These simple, down to earth holders of all things important to home buyers perfectly complement the LPR Homes brand.

Simplicity speaks in the real estate market.
Like homes, identities can become cluttered and lose their way. We wanted the new LPR Homes identity to reflect the quality craftsmanship, friendly service and simple beauty of their homes. Bright white, ultra thick, toothy vellum paper with rounded corners gives their brand identity the perfect curb appeal.

Some things you’d better get in writing.
Like an a nice hand written note from your home builder thanking you for making the biggest purchase of your life. And putting it on bright white, ultra thick, toothy vellum square paper with rounded corners and a matching envelope leaves just the right impression.

Finding the right new home neighborhood is like digging for buried treasure. You’ll need a good map.
That’s why we created a small, square map of LPR’s neighborhoods around the Atlanta area. And putting it on bright white, coaster thick, toothy vellum square paper with rounded corners ensures that the map won’t get lost in the weekend wash.

Designing logos is like swinging for the fences.
When LPR Homes asked us to redesign their aging logo and create a new brand identity, we came out swinging. Their new logo is friendly, approachable and straightforward. A dark orange was chosen to highlight the ubiquitous Georgia red clay. And the letters “lpr” form a door, pathway, wall and roof of a new home.
