Help MyShelf is a design solution you wish you’d thought of yourself, but happy someone else did. The installation of cheap, ugly wire shelves in homes across America has reached epidemic proportions, and Help MyShelf is the most cost effective antidote to making wire shelves look great.
Collaborating with Help MyShelf inventor and founder, Jeff Hansel, we identified key product selling points based on customer feedback, staked out points of product differentiation in the market and redesigned Help MyShelf’s brand identity and website accordingly. Their previous website presented confusing product and order information, so I reorganized their content structure and optimized the site’s existing WooCommerce checkout process. After site launch, I continued working with Help MyShelf and third party partners to evaluate the site’s effectiveness and make smart design changes.
