At the height of the housing market bubble, home builders were going gangbusters building new homes and neighborhoods across the country. The competition between home builders was fierce. LPR Homes was a successful regional company in the Atlanta metro area looking to expand its business operations. Their design savvy marketing director, Brooke Novak, approached dotp about redesigning their website to showcase their work and give them a competitive edge.
I recreated LPRHomes.com as a friendly, clean website that spoke to the most important person in the home buying decision making process — the woman. From start to finish, I made the user experience appealing, easy and fun for potential female home buyers to find exactly the right home without all the fluff. With the amazing development work of Jason Johnson at Post Post Modern, we created a custom content management system and a lightening fast site built on Rails. LPR and their clients loved it.
